2014年5月28日,新《中国共产党发展党员工作细则》的颁布为党建工作提出许多新要求,本文在新《细则》指导下,参考上海“易班”平台建议民办高校创建网络党建社区,分别从入党申请人阶段、入党积极分子阶段、发展对象阶段、预备党员接收阶段以及预备党员教育、考察和转正阶段等五个阶段探寻民办高校网络党建可行性创新点。
On May 28, 2014, the promulgation of the Detailed Rules for the Work of Party Members for the Development of the Communist Party of China put forward many new requirements for the work of party building. Under the guidance of the new “Rules,” this article refers to the Shanghai “Easy Ban” platform and suggests that private colleges and universities create a network party Community, from the application of the applicant phase, the activist phase of the party, the stage of development targets, the preparatory stage members of the acceptance and probationary members of the education, inspection and the correct phase of five stages of probing into innovative point of feasibility of party network construction in private universities.
