水工模型流量自控系统是水工模型试验技术的一项改革和创新,81年研制完成并鉴定,83年投产应用。通过对辽宁省典型水文洪峰过程线的模拟试验和丹东市西隈子水电站溢流坝断面模型试验及坝下不稳定流冲刷试验研究均获得成功。该系统较好的解决了实际工程中人工做不到洪水演进及溃坝流量模拟试验技术问题,它为研究非恒定流领域试验提供了新的方法和设备,并为它的理论分析探索了途径,它依据电子闭环自调原理,自动跟踪水文洪峰过程线,能跟踪给定流量过程,提高工效五倍以上,由于该装置全部采用国产电动单元组合仪表,造价低,便于应用推广。它以程序图形输入以图形及模拟量输出,显示直观、抗干扰能力强、操作灵活方便、稳定性好。经国内专家鉴定该系统达到国内的先进水平。
Hydraulic model Automatic flow control system is a hydraulic model test technology, a reform and innovation, 81 years to complete the development and identification, put into operation 83 years. Through the simulation test of typical hydrological flood peak process line in Liaoning Province and the cross-section model test of overflow dam and the unsteady flow erosion test of dam in Xidanzi Hydropower Station in Dandong City, both of them were successful. The system solves the technical problem that the artificial flood propagation and the dam breakout flow simulation experiment can not be done well in the actual project. It provides a new method and equipment for the research of the unsteady flow field and explores the ways for its theoretical analysis According to the principle of electronic closed-loop self-regulation, it automatically tracks hydrological flood peak process line, can track a given flow process and improve work efficiency by more than five times. Because all the devices in this device are made of domestic electric unit combination meter, the cost is low, which is convenient for application and popularization. It is programmed to the graphics input and analog output, showing intuitive, anti-interference ability, flexible operation and convenient, good stability. The system has been certified by domestic experts to reach the advanced level in China.
