根据电化学原理,得到高阻值衬层穿透性裂纹的电沉积电流与时间的关系曲线,利用计算机数据采集及处理系统,对高阻值衬层进行分析与检测,由此可以定量确定裂纹的大小,再通过观测在裂纹处所沉积的金属(或采用电极扫描技术)来确定裂纹的位置及表面形状,最终可以实现对高阻值衬层的快速无损探伤.
According to the electrochemical principle, the relationship curve between the electrodeposition current and the time of the high-resistance lining penetration crack is obtained. By using the computer data acquisition and processing system, the high resistance lining is analyzed and detected, thus the crack can be quantitatively determined The size and location of the crack can then be determined by observing the metal deposited at the location of the crack (or using electrode scanning techniques) to determine the location and surface shape of the crack and, ultimately, rapid non-destructive inspection of the high resistance lining.
