开挖基坑容易导致坑底墙体卸荷隆起失稳或浸水软化、坡面渗流失稳、支护桩墙刚度不足或强度不够以及土体重力下滑等现象的出现,继而引发基坑塌陷、管线爆裂以及基坑周边道路或建筑物出现裂缝等一系列事故。通过调查研究那些事故,不难发现,基坑工程事故大部分都是因为监测不利而引起的,因此基坑工程中最重要的部分就是基坑的监测。
