本文介绍了建筑物增层改造工程中几种常用加固基础方法的优缺点和适用范围,并结合某医院大楼裙楼加层时原有加固基础的工程实例,系统介绍了基础底面加固法的设计方法和施工要点,尤其对加固施工过程中的基坑开挖、卸栽加固、界面连接处理以及加固施工质量控制方法等关键技术进行了较为深入的探讨。房屋加固施工和使用过程中的沉降观测结果表明加固基础效果良好,对类似基础的加固具有良好的参考意义。 This article describes the advantages and disadvantages and applicable scopes of several commonly used reinforcement foundation methods in building renewal engineering. Combined with the engineering example of the original reinforcement foundation of a hospital building with podium building, the design of the foundation bottom reinforcement method is systematically introduced. The methods and construction points, especially the key technologies such as foundation pit excavation, unloading and reinforcement, interface connection treatment, and reinforcement construction quality control methods, etc., have been thoroughly discussed during the reinforcement construction process. The settlement observation results during the construction and use of the house reinforcement show that the reinforcement foundation works well and has good reference significance for reinforcement of similar foundations.
