一、概述 锂渣是利用锂辉矿石经1200℃高温煅烧后生产碳酸锂(锂盐)的副产品,其主要成份为氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙等。中国是世界上锂辉石精矿储量最大的国家,锂渣的来源比较广泛。 由于锂渣中含有较多的无定形二氧化硅、三氧化铝等,具有较高的火山灰活性,经过研究论证并经大量的试验,将锂渣作为掺合料用于混凝土中成为锂渣混凝土,这种新型的混凝土具有十分优越的技术经济指标。该种混凝土已在四川省射洪县金华水电站工程中得到应用,表现了良好的技术优越性,取得了显著的经济效果。 二、工艺流程及性能特点
I. Overview Lithium slag is a by-product of the production of lithium carbonate (lithium salt) after the lithium bismuth ore is calcined at a high temperature of 1200°C. Its main components are silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, and calcium oxide. China is the country with the largest amount of spodumene concentrate in the world, and the source of lithium slag is relatively extensive. As lithium slag contains more amorphous silica, tri-alumina and so on, it has higher pozzolanic activity. After extensive research and demonstration and extensive experiments, lithium slag is used as admixture in concrete to become a lithium residue concrete. This new type of concrete has very superior technical and economic indicators. This kind of concrete has been applied in the Jinhua hydropower project in Shehong County, Sichuan Province, showing good technical superiority and achieving remarkable economic results.
