患者41岁,G5P4。因“发现外阴肿物13年”于2006年5月入院。患者在1993年发现左侧外阴肿物,约小手指大小,质硬,边界清,无明显压痛,后呈渐进性增大,约10cm×8cm,影响行走,遂于2006-05-21到当地医院检查,于5月23日在局麻+静脉复合麻醉下行“外阴肿物局部切除术”。术后请我院病理
