目的通过加强对出入境交通工具的媒介监测,防止蚊及蚊媒传染病的输入和传播。方法对入境国际航行船舶进行卫生检疫,将捕获到的1头活的成蚊送实验室进行形态学鉴定;对船舶实施灭蚊处理,对船员采取体温监测、医学检查等措施。结果全船捕获1头雌性埃及伊蚊,该轮的船员未发现有关蚊媒疾病。对船舶实施灭蚊处理措施后未再发现成蚊和幼虫。结论埃及伊蚊属南沙口岸首次截获,其具有较高的输入风险和扩散潜力,应加强对来自蚊媒传染病疫区船舶的卫生检疫,加强对输入性蚊和蚊媒传染病的监测和防控。
Objective To prevent the import and dissemination of mosquito and mosquito-borne diseases by strengthening media surveillance of outbound and inbound vehicles. Methods Health and quarantine of imported international voyages were carried out. One live adult mosquito was captured and sent to the laboratory for morphological identification. Mosquitoes treatment was carried out on vessels and body temperature monitoring and medical examination were conducted on the ships. As a result, one female Aedes aegypti was captured on board the entire fleet, and no mosquito-borne diseases were reported to the crew. No adult mosquito and larvae were found after anti-mosquito treatment was carried out on ships. Conclusions The Aedes aegypti Nansha port first interception, which has high input risk and proliferation potential, should strengthen the health quarantine of ships from the mosquito-borne infectious disease area, and strengthen the monitoring and control of the imported mosquito and mosquito-borne diseases .
