食管癌是一种常见的消化道肿瘤,患者常因进食困难和疾病本身的损耗而出现营养不良。同时,食管癌在我国的发病率比较高,目前食管癌的首选治疗方法就是手术[1]。手术又会带来严重的创伤和应激,引起机体分解代谢增加而加重营养不良[2]。因而对食道癌术后病人进行合理的营养支持,已经成为食管癌患者常规治疗之一。本研究着眼于比较营养支持方法对于食管癌患者术后治疗效果的差别。
Esophageal cancer is a common gastrointestinal cancer, patients often due to eating difficulties and the loss of the disease itself and malnutrition. Meanwhile, the incidence of esophageal cancer in our country is relatively high, the current treatment of esophageal cancer is the preferred method of surgery [1]. Surgery will bring serious trauma and stress, causing the body to increase catabolism and malnutrition [2]. Therefore, patients with esophageal cancer after a reasonable nutritional support has become a routine treatment of patients with esophageal cancer. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of nutritional support on postoperative outcomes in esophageal cancer patients.
