1986～1988年我们收治急性有机磷中毒患者17例,其中2例发生有机磷迟发神经中毒综合征(Organo-Phosphorus Delayed Neurotoxic syndrome ODNTS),现报告如下。例1 女,16岁。口服敌敌畏约60ml后40分钟就诊,给予洗胃及解毒治疗2天后基本恢复,第4天患者情绪不定,叫骂吵闹,哭笑无常,伴时空定向障碍。拟诊为ODNTS癔病样发作,给予10%葡萄糖酸钙暗示治疗后症状很快消失,随访2年未见类似发作。
From 1986 to 1988, we treated 17 patients with acute organophosphate poisoning, 2 of which developed Organo-Phosphorus Delayed Neurotoxic syndrome (ODNTS), are as follows. Example 1 Female, 16 years old. Oral dichlorvos about 60ml after 40 minutes of treatment, given gastric lavage and detoxification treatment 2 days after the basic recovery, the first 4 days of uncertainty, called curse noisy, dumbfounding, with time and space-oriented obstacles. The diagnosis of ODNTS 拟 disease-like seizures, given 10% calcium gluconate symptoms promptly disappeared after treatment, no follow-up of 2 years of similar attacks.
