在施工现场,发动机(主要指柴油内燃机)作为工程机械的动力源被广泛地使用,柴油质量的优劣直接影响其工作性能、工作效率及使用寿命.下面根据现场情况谈谈柴油使用中存在的问题及解决办法.一、现场使用的燃油存在的问题1.杂质混入燃油中有些施工单位在现场自备燃油罐有些是就近在其它单位加油,还有些是由加油站用油罐车直接给施工机械加油.在燃油的生产、运输、储存、加注以及使用过程中,稍不谨慎或处理不当极易使杂质混入燃油中,造成燃油系统高压油泵柱塞副偶件、出油阀偶件、喷油嘴及汽缸等产生剧烈磨损,导致喷油泵供油不匀,喷油嘴雾化不良,油耗增大,发动机功率下降,直接影响发动机的运行和使用寿命.
