报告１ 例原发性肝癌肋骨转移灶（左第５ 肋）自发破裂，引起血胸而死亡。检索文献仅有１ 例类似报道。对肋骨转移癌的诊断和治疗进行讨论。
One case of primary liver cancer rib metastases (left fifth rib) was reported to have spontaneously ruptured, causing hemothorax to die. Only one similar case was reported in the search literature. The diagnosis and treatment of rib metastases are discussed.
