July 1937 Complete Anti-Japanese War Outbreak Before December 7, 1941, when Japan began attacking Hong Kong, Hong Kong was temporarily becoming a war “safe haven ”. This special condition became a good place where a group of cultural people took part in the motherland’s war of resistance against Japan with their guns and turned Hong Kong into a special cultural stronghold of the anti-Japanese national salvation movement. A large number of progressive groups and organizations have been established, and progress publications have mushroomed rapidly.
