目的:探讨闪光视觉诱发电位(flash visual evoked potentials,FVEP)在预测老年性白内障患者术后视力中的应用价值。方法:对43眼老年白内障患者进行了白内障囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术,将术前FVEP、光定位、辨色力等检查结果与术后视力进行了对比研究。结果:患者术后视力与FVEP的振幅(X_1)、P_1波潜伏期(X_2)及辨色力之间存在有显著相关性(P<0.01),相关系数分别为:0.7277、-0.5678、0.4302;术后视力与光定位检查之间无显著性相关;术后视力(Y)与FVEP指标间的回归方程为:Y=0.2255+0.047X_1-0.0026X_2。结论:FVEP在白内障术前视功能判断方面是一种行之有效的检查方法,根据FVEP反应可预测患者术后视力。眼科学报2000;16:81-83。
Objective: To investigate the value of flash visual evoked potentials (FVEP) in predicting postoperative visual acuity in senile cataract patients. Methods: 43 eyes of senile cataract patients underwent extracapsular extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. The preoperative FVEP, light positioning, color discrimination and other test results were compared with postoperative visual acuity. Results: There was a significant correlation between postoperative visual acuity and FVEP amplitude (X_1), P_1 wave latency (X_2) and color discrimination ability (P <0.01), the correlation coefficients were 0.7277, -0.5678 and 0.4302 respectively There was no significant correlation between posterior visual acuity and light positioning. The regression equation between visual acuity (Y) and FVEP index was Y = 0.2255 + 0.047X_1-0.0026X_2. Conclusions: FVEP is an effective method in judging preoperative visual function of cataract. FVEP can predict postoperative visual acuity. Journal of Ophthalmology 2000; 16: 81-83.
