我国北方地区冬季十分寒冷,施工机械需要使用高标号柴油,因而增加了燃油费用。为此对装载机燃油供给系统的结构进行了改进,使用柴油的标号可从-35号降为-10号,燃油费用可降低6%左右。其结构如附图所示。1.改装方法(1)在翼子板前方加装60L副油箱及电加热油量传感器。(2)在举升液压缸支座上加装转换开关,通过转换开关可以选择使用主油箱或副油箱中的柴油。(3)将原有油量传感器更换为电加热油量传感器;将燃油粗滤器更换为
The winter season in northern China is very cold and the construction machinery needs to use high-grade diesel oil, thus increasing the fuel cost. To this end, the structure of the loader fuel supply system has been improved. The use of diesel can be reduced from -35 to -10 and the fuel cost can be reduced by about 6%.
