目前各种电子元器件在汽车上的应用越来越多,其电磁兼容性对整车可靠性有着重大影响。六西格玛设计(Design For Six Sigma,DFSS)可以快速锁定优化目标,减少试验次数。将DFSS思想运用到提高汽车用霍尔传感器的电磁兼容性设计之中,快速可靠地提高传感器抗电磁干扰能力。改进后的传感器通过了电磁兼容性试验及整车试验,达到了预期的目的。
Currently a variety of electronic components in the car more and more applications, its electromagnetic compatibility has a significant impact on vehicle reliability. Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) can quickly pinpoint optimization goals and reduce the number of trials. The DFSS idea is applied to improve the electromagnetic compatibility design of the Hall sensor for a car, so as to improve the anti-electromagnetic interference capability of the sensor quickly and reliably. The improved sensor passed the electromagnetic compatibility test and the vehicle test to achieve the expected purpose.
