提出了一种解决串-并联冗余分配问题的启发式方法。在具体系统冗余分配问题中,系统由固定数目的分系统组成,每一个分系统中,冗余元件可被添加以提高系统可靠度,考虑各分系统的具体情况,设计不同的启发因子,以使在某分系统上增加一个冗余元件,使单位成本获得的系统可靠度的增量最大,目的是设计(分配)各分系统的元件数量,使总成本最低,并且设计系统的可靠度要大于或等于系统要达到的预定可靠度。改进了串-并联系统冗余分配一般模型,并用一个实例详细说明了使用启发式方法解决串-并联系统冗余分配问题的步骤。
A heuristic method is proposed to solve the problem of string-parallel redundancy assignment. In the specific system redundancy allocation problem, the system consists of a fixed number of subsystems. In each subsystem, redundant elements can be added to improve the system reliability. Considering the specific conditions of each subsystem, we design different heuristic factors, So that adding a redundant element to a subsystem maximizes the incremental system reliability gained per unit cost in order to design (allocate) the number of components in each subsystem to minimize the total cost and to design the system’s reliability To be greater than or equal to the system to achieve the predetermined reliability. The general model of redundancy allocation of serial-parallel system is improved. An example is given to illustrate the heuristic method to solve the problem of redundant allocation of serial-parallel system.
