通过分析输油泵变频调速运行的节能原理,针对南广输油管线的实际运行特点,提出了采用中间泵站输油泵变频调速的节能方案,且针对该泵站的情况提出了两种变频调速方案。从技术分析和经济分析两方面,对南广输油管线的输油泵变频节能方案进行可行性研究,最后分析了影响输油泵变频调速的主要因素。
By analyzing the energy saving principle of variable frequency speed regulation of oil pump and according to the actual running characteristics of the southern Guangdong oil pipeline, an energy saving scheme of frequency conversion speed regulation of oil pump with intermediate pumping station was put forward.
