将苏云金杆菌增效剂Ⅰ号与 Bt 粉剂样品 TJ-12按8:2比例混合制备出 Bt 粉剂 Bt_5。用3龄和4龄小菜蛾作为测试虫测定增效剂Ⅰ号对Bt 粉剂的增效作用。结果表明增效剂Ⅰ号能使粉剂样品 TJ-12对3龄小菜蛾的毒力提高9.3倍,对4龄小菜蛾的毒力提高4倍多。
Bt powder Bt_5 was prepared by mixing Bacillus thuringiensis synergist Ⅰ with Bt powder sample TJ-12 in the ratio of 8: 2. The synergistic effects of synergist I on Bt powder were determined using the 3rd and 4th instar diamondback moths as test insects. The results showed that TJ-12 could increase the virulence of powder sample TJ-12 to the 3rd instar Plutella xylostella by 9.3 times and the virulence of 4th instar Plutella xylostella by more than 4 times.
