目的研究建立六味地黄丸中马钱苷的薄层色谱。方法采用硅胶G薄层板,以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(40∶5∶10∶0.2)为展开剂。制定了马钱苷的薄层鉴别。结果色谱斑点清晰,重现性好。结论该方法可以快速的鉴别马钱苷,便于基层快速检验。 Objective To study the establishment of thin layer chromatography of loganin in Liuwei Dihuang Pills.
