自新课标推出至今,中小学音乐教育已经逐步在健康、乐观的环境中深入有效的开展,但学校教育并不是音乐教育的重点,更不是音乐教育的终点,学校的音乐老师在完成教学大纲要求内容的同时,兼顾学生兴趣爱好,实现可持续发展的学习意愿,对我国的音乐教育发展、音乐技能全民提高、音乐素质持久拓展十分重要。
