红树林是沿海地区一种极其有重要价值的自然资源。海南省作为我国红树林分布的主要省区之一,更应该重视其立法保护工作,使海南省红树林的保护工作纳入一个常态下的法治轨道。本文以立法的角度分析了海南省红树林资源的保护,针对在分析得出的立法缺陷,相应地提出的了对海南省红树林保护立法的意见。 Mangroves are an extremely valuable natural resource in coastal areas. Hainan Province, as one of the major provinces and autonomous regions where mangroves are distributed in China, should attach more importance to its legislative protection so that the protection of mangroves in Hainan Province can be incorporated into the track of rule of law under normal conditions. This paper analyzes the protection of mangrove resources in Hainan Province from the perspective of legislation. In view of the legislative defects obtained from the analysis, the opinions on the protection of mangrove forests in Hainan Province are put forward correspondingly.
