本实验观察在低硒(Se)饮食环境下锰(Mn)与蛋白质对大鼠体内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。实验结果表明,在低硒环境下低蛋白可降低大鼠全血、肝脏、心脏的GSH-Px活性;而低蛋白高锰的协同作用则更进一步降低大鼠体内GSH-Px的活性。
In this study, we observed the effects of manganese (Mn) and protein on glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in rats under low-Se diet. The results showed that low protein in low selenium environment could decrease GSH-Px activity in whole blood, liver and heart of rats, while synergistic effect of low protein and high manganese could further reduce GSH-Px activity in rats.
