四川是新疆迁入外来人口三大省之一,许多入疆的四川人对新疆的发展和两地文化的交流起到了积极的作用,但川疆两地在自然环境和文化环境上都存在差异,进疆的四川人如何适应这些差异,关系到他们在疆工作和生活的质量。本文基于跨文化适应的外部影响因素,即生活环境差异、社会支持程度、他人歧视与偏见对四川人在新疆地区的跨文化适应状况进行了调查与分析。 Sichuan is one of the three provinces where immigrants moved into Xinjiang. Many of them from Sichuan Province played a positive role in the development of Xinjiang and in the exchange of culture between the two places. However, there were differences in the natural environment and cultural environment between Sichuan and Xinjiang How the Sijinjian people in Xinjiang meet these differences is related to the quality of their work and life in Xinjiang. This paper investigates and analyzes the intercultural adaptation of Sichuanese in Xinjiang based on the external influence factors of intercultural adaptation, namely, differences in living environment, social support, discrimination and prejudice against others.
