目的:研究脑肿瘤病人CSF中果糖、葡萄醇、肌醇及甘露醛等4种多元醇是否对脑肿瘤生长代谢起重要作用。方法:用高效气相谱仪对40例脑肿瘤(良性20例、恶性20例)和15例对照组CSF中4种多元醇进行了测定。结果:脑肿瘤组CSF中多元醇浓度明显高于对照组,恶性肿瘤组显著高于良性肿瘤组,良性肿瘤组果糖浓度术后显著高术前,恶性肿瘤组果糖、肌醇浓度术后明显高于术前。结论:CSF中多元醇,特别是果糖与脑肿瘤生长代谢有密切关系,脑肿瘤病人CSF高浓度果糖等多元醇物质,一方面供肿瘤组织生长代谢消耗利用,另一方面是肿瘤组织代谢产物的积聚及其周围组织反应的结果。
OBJECTIVE: To study whether four kinds of polyols, such as fructose, glucose, myo-inositol and mannitol, play an important role in brain tumor growth and metabolism. Methods: Four kinds of polyols in 40 brain tumors (benign 20, malignant 20) and 15 control group were determined by high performance gas chromatography. Results: The CSF concentrations of polyols in brain tumor group were significantly higher than those in control group, significantly higher in malignant tumor group than in benign tumor group. The fructose concentration in benign tumor group was significantly higher postoperatively, and the fructose and inositol concentration in preoperative and postoperative malignant tumor group was significantly higher Before surgery. CONCLUSIONS: Polyols in CSF, especially fructose, are closely related to the growth and metabolism of brain tumors. High concentrations of fructose and fructose and other polyol substances in brain tumor patients are used for the growth and metabolism of tumor tissues on the one hand, and metabolites of tumor tissues on the other hand Accumulation and the surrounding tissue reaction results.
