中高职衔接是构建现代教育体系的一项重要内容。积极探索中高职衔接人才培养模式对促进中高职衔接的顺利进行有着重要的意义。以安徽国际商务职业学院连锁经营管理专业的中高职衔接为实践案例,从人才培养目标设计、课程体系设计、教学内容设计、考核标准等方面剖析了中高职衔接人才培养模式。
The connection between higher vocational education and higher education is an important part of constructing a modern education system. It is of great significance to actively explore the mode of training qualified personnel in higher vocational education to promote the smooth progress of secondary vocational education. Taking the connection between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education in Anhui International Business College as the practical case, this paper analyzes the training mode of secondary vocational and technical vocational talents in terms of the goal of personnel training, the design of curriculum system, the design of teaching contents and the assessment standards.
