21世纪,面对竞争日益激烈的市场环境,各企业应该实施全面预算管理加强成本控制,只有建立起有利于企业的相关制度体系,才能为企业的正常运营以及企业的效益提供最基本的保障,同时作为企业的管理者,也应该充分认清全面预算管理与企业控制之间的联系,关注其重要作用以加强企业的成本控制。本文就对实施全面预算管理加强成本控制的策略进行仔细的研究,希望能为以后该方面的工作提供一些帮助。
In the 21st century, faced with an increasingly competitive market environment, enterprises should implement a comprehensive budget management and strengthen cost control. Only by establishing a system that is favorable to the enterprises can we provide the most basic guarantee for the normal operations of the enterprises and the benefits of enterprises. At the same time, as a manager of an enterprise, it is also necessary to fully understand the relationship between comprehensive budget management and enterprise control, and pay attention to its important role in strengthening the control of enterprises’ costs.
