东北地区属于半干旱地区,长期雨水不充足,土地板结比较严重,给中耕施肥带来很大难度,施肥之后覆土不均匀导致肥料裸露在外在运动过程中压伤根系碰伤幼苗严重影响到植被生长从而减低产量。主要表现在镇压器在设计方面存在诸多弊端,当前一些镇压器在使用过程中出现碎土不匀、夹带等。镇压轮是农业机械中典型的滚动触土部件,用于压实土壤。适当的压实可以减少土壤中的大孔隙,使种子与土壤紧密接触,加强毛细管作用,提高作物产量。传统镇压轮材料多为石材、铸铁或钢材,触土表面在宏观上是普通光滑的,其作业过程中容易粘附土壤,不但增加能耗,降低作业效率,而且使土壤失墒严重,影响种子发芽。此外,传统镇压轮作业过程中会将一部分土壤推到镇压轮前方,形成波浪状凸起,即“拖堆壅土”现象,不但使镇压轮达不到镇压的目的,还要多消耗功,而且会导致种子间距分布不均,造成作物减产。因此,我们自主设计一款镇压器。本文就镇压器关键部件的设计与结构进行探讨。

In addition, during the operation of the traditional suppression wheel, some soil will be pushed forward in front of the suppression wheel, forming a wave-like bulge, which means that the suppression wheel will not achieve the purpose of repression but will also consume more Work, but also lead to uneven distribution of seed spacing, resulting in crop production.
