从某农药厂污水处理池的活性污泥中分离到1株能以甲基对硫磷(1605)为唯一碳源生长的细菌XY3。经生理生化试验和16S rRNA同源性分析,将该菌株鉴定为假黄单胞菌(Pseudoxanthom onas sp.)。XY3在12 h时对100 mg/L甲基对硫磷的降解率为99%。XY3降解甲基对硫磷的最适pH值为7.0,最适温度为30℃,降解速率与初始接种量呈正相关,降解能力随通气量的减少而递减。XY3对其他一些有机磷农药如辛硫磷、倍硫磷、杀螟硫磷、三唑磷、毒死蜱等也有较好的降解能力。
A strain of bacteria XY3 that can grow with methyl parathion (1605) as sole carbon source was isolated from the activated sludge of a pesticide plant wastewater treatment tank.
