目的:观察叶下珠甲醇提取物对胰岛素抵抗(IR)HepG2细胞葡萄糖代谢的影响。方法:采用高浓度胰岛素诱导HepG2细胞建立胰岛素抵抗细胞模型,用500、125、62.5μg/mL不同剂量的叶下珠甲醇提取物干预后,检测各组细胞培养液上清液中葡萄糖的消耗量。结果:与模型组比较,叶下珠甲醇提取物(62.5、250、500μg/mL)明显增加了IR-HepG2细胞对葡萄糖的消耗量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:叶下珠甲醇提取物可改善IR-HepG2细胞对葡萄糖的摄取。
Objective: To observe the effects of methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria on glucose metabolism in insulin resistance (IR) HepG2 cells. Methods: HepG2 cells were induced by high concentration of insulin to establish insulin resistance cell model. After 500, 125, 62.5μg / mL different doses of Phyllanthus urinaria extract were intervened, the glucose consumption in each cell culture supernatant . Results: Methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria (62.5, 250, 500μg / mL) significantly increased the glucose consumption of IR-HepG2 cells compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or 0.01). CONCLUSION: Methanol extract of Phyllanthus urinaria can improve glucose uptake in IR-HepG2 cells.
