挪威大学生拥有法定的参与高校图书馆质量评估的权利,这是由学生自治的传统所决定的。挪威学生参与高校图书馆质量评估的方式是多样化的,他们既是高校图书馆质量保障部门的重要成员之一,也可以直接参与高校图书馆内部质量评估。学生在充当外部专门评估小组的时候能够发挥自己独特的作用,甚至担任领导的责任。这种独特的评估模式给我国高校图书馆评估制度带来了一定的启示:构建学生参与机制,健全评估制度;图书馆与学生共同建立伙伴关系,共建质量工程;创新质量管理体制,增强学生的主体参与性。
Norwegian university students have the legal right to participate in the quality assessment of academic libraries, which is determined by the tradition of student autonomy. The way in which Norwegian students participate in the quality assessment of university libraries is diverse. They are both important members of the quality assurance department of a university library and can directly participate in the internal quality assessment of the university library. Students can play their unique role and even assume leadership responsibilities when acting as external specialized assessment teams.
