生态文明的提出,是人们对可持续发展问题认识深化的结果。生态文明建设,是一个漫长而又艰难的实践过程,需要各地立足实际,开拓创新,大胆探索。近年来,青海省把生态文明建设作为事关全局和长远发展的重大战略任务,着力培育生态文化体系,深入实施重大生态工程,大力发展高原生态经济,建立健全生态文明制度体系,正确处理生态保护、区域发展、民生改善三者的关系,初步探索出一条符合本地实际的生态文明建设新路。为深入了解青海建设生态文明的秘诀,前不久,人民论坛杂志社与中共青海省委党校共同邀请生态、经济、文化和社会等研究领域的专家学者,组成联合课题组,赴青海进行了专题调研。

In order to gain a better understanding of the secrets of Qinghai’s ecological civilization construction, not long ago, People’s Tribune Magazine and the Communist Party of China Qinghai Provincial Party Committee invited experts and scholars from the fields of ecology, economy, culture and society to form a joint task force and conduct a special investigation in Qinghai .
