目的:观察疏风清热合剂对兔桡骨骨折早期骨组织形态与强度的影响。方法:将造模后的36只新西兰雄性家兔随机分成3组:模型对照组、生理盐水组、疏风清热合剂组,其中疏风清热合剂组于造模后以10 m L(kg·d)灌胃,实验中每5 d称重1次,根据体质量调节给药量。每日1次,连续给药10 d。生理盐水组给予同等剂量的生理盐水灌胃,对照组不做任何处理仅一起进行指标检测。通过X线检查,骨组织形态学分析与骨生物力学三点弯曲试验观察3组家兔骨组织形态与强度并进行对比。结果:疏风清热合剂组动物骨折处X线检查评分高于生理盐水组与对照组,骨组织形态分析骨痂成骨细胞计数疏风清热合剂组高于生理盐水组与对照组,骨生物力学三点弯曲试验示动物骨折处的抗弯曲能力疏风清热合剂组高于生理盐水组与对照组。结论:疏风清热合剂对家兔骨折早期有明显的促进愈合的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Shufeng Qingre Mixture on the morphology and strength of early stage bone fractures of radius fractures in rabbits. Methods: Thirty-six male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: model control group, saline group and Shufeng Qingre Mixture. The rats in Shufeng Qingre Mixture group were treated with 10 m L (kg · d ) Gavage, the experiment weighed every 5 d 1, adjust the dose according to body mass. 1 day, continuous administration of 10 d. The same dose of saline was given to the saline group, while the control group was tested only without any treatment. X-ray examination, bone histomorphometry and biomechanical three-point bending test were used to observe the morphology and strength of rabbits in three groups. Results: The X-ray examination score of Shufeng Qingre Mixture group was higher than that of saline group and control group. The morphological analysis of bone tissue showed that the callus osteoblast count of Shufeng Qingre Mixture group was higher than that of saline group and control group, and bone biomechanics Three-point bending test showed that the fracture resistance at animal fractures Shufeng Qingre Mixture group than the saline group and the control group. Conclusion: Shufeng Qingre Mixture can significantly promote the healing of early rabbit fracture.
