采用3000W CO2激光器对12Cr2Ni4A钢渗碳淬火表面进行了激光合金化处理。设计了激光合金化处理的工艺参数,获得了表面光洁、与基材形成良好冶金结合的合金化层。研究了渗碳淬火层激光合金化处理后的组织特性和显微硬度。结果表明,预置TH-2A型C-Si-B-RE合金化涂层的激光合金化能够显著地改善材料组织,显微硬度可达HV0.21150。研究还发现,激光处理后的零件表层与内部没有任何裂纹出现。研究表明,采用合适的材料设计和工艺参数,激光合金化可以有效地强化渗碳淬火零件。进一步为激光熔覆修复渗碳淬火零件提供了基础资料。
The surface of carburized quenched 12Cr2Ni4A steel was laser alloyed by 3000W CO2 laser. The technological parameters of the laser alloying process were designed and the alloyed layer with good surface finish and good metallurgical bonding with the substrate was obtained. The microstructure and microhardness of carburized and hardened layer after laser alloying were studied. The results show that the laser alloying of TH-2A-type C-Si-B-RE alloyed coating can significantly improve the microstructure and the microhardness can reach HV0.21150. The study also found that there was no crack in the surface and interior of the laser-treated parts. The research shows that laser alloying can effectively strengthen the carburizing and quenching parts by using appropriate material design and process parameters. Further provided the basic information for laser cladding repair carburizing and quenching parts.
