主要研究跨度、开孔率和距高比对加强受压翼缘圆孔蜂窝梁力学性能的影响并提出简化设计公式。利用ABAQUS建立165个模型,得出不同跨度、开孔率和距高比的加强受压翼缘圆孔蜂窝梁的强度、稳定承载力,分别分析上述三个参数对其力学性能的影响程度,给出此三个参数的建议取值,提出强度承载力提高系数和稳定承载力提高系数,通过线性回归分析得到简化设计公式。研究结果表明,开孔率、跨度分别是影响加强受压翼缘圆孔蜂窝梁强度承载力、稳定承载力的主要因素;将有限元结果与前苏联钢结构规范计算结果对比,证明简化设计公式足够精确,可应用于工程设计。
The main research span, open-hole ratio and the ratio of height to enhance the mechanical properties of circular flange honeycomb reinforced compression flange and proposed a simplified design formula. Using the ABAQUS model to establish 165 models, the strength and stability of reinforced circular flange honeycomb beams with flanges with different span, aperture ratio and height-to-height ratio were obtained. The influence of these three parameters on the mechanical properties was analyzed. The recommended values of these three parameters are given, and the coefficient of increase of strength carrying capacity and the coefficient of carrying capacity of carrying capacity are proposed. The simplified design formula is obtained through linear regression analysis. The results show that the opening ratio and span are the main factors that affect the strength bearing capacity and the stable bearing capacity of circular flange honeycomb beam with compressed flange respectively. Comparing the finite element results with the calculated results of the former Soviet Union steel structure, it is proved that the simplified design formula Accurate enough to be applied to engineering.
