对164例低出生体重儿进行了调查,逐月进行保健检查及铁营养指标测定,初步提供了低出生体重儿生后6个月内铁缺乏症的统计资料。3个月时开始出现铁缺乏,3~6个月铁缺乏症三期总发生率为36%。建立了低出生体重儿1~6个月血红蛋白(Hb)的浓度、红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)、FEP/Hb,血清铁蛋白(SF)的正常参考值。实验组对象补充维生素E后于2周开始补铁,结果有效,未发现维生素E缺乏性溶血的证据。本文还分析了与生后6个月时铁营养状况有关的因素。
164 cases of low birth weight infants were investigated, monthly health checks and determination of iron nutrition indicators, initially provided low birth weight children with iron deficiency within 6 months of statistical data. Iron deficiency began to develop at 3 months, and the overall incidence of iron deficiency in 3 to 6 months was 36%. The normal reference values of hemoglobin (Hb), erythrocyte free protoporphyrin (FEP), FEP / Hb and serum ferritin (SF) were established in 1 to 6 months of low birth weight infants. In the experimental group, iron supplementation was started after 2 weeks of vitamin E supplementation and the results were valid. No evidence of vitamin E-deficient hemolysis was found. This article also analyzes the factors associated with iron nutrition status 6 months after birth.
