Sun Zhengfu, born in July 1963. In 1985 graduated from Shenyang Institute of Aeronautics aircraft manufacturing professional, undergraduate. From 1986 to 1987, he studied business management in the training class of the People’s Liberation Army Institute of Management. In 1988, he trained at the State Economic Commission and the PLA Logistics Department. In 2005, he studied business administration in the postgraduate course of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
