一、要有极大的耐心耐心是一种信任,它可以诲人不倦地培养学生的自信心,使学生变得自立自强、勤奋好学。特教老师面对不同智障类型的孩子,工作是琐碎的、繁忙的、甚至于在短期内是看不到成效的,但这更需要老师有足够的耐心,不厌其烦地指导教育学生。刚教本班时,我发现本班的学生没有做事情的意识,总是要老师提醒,而且做的时候也总是磨磨蹭蹭,需要老师在旁边不断的催促才能勉强完成,比如,打扫卫生区、排队做操、写作业等。针对这一情况,我主要采用了勤跟踪的办法,发现到积极的学生,有进步的学生,都及时的给予鼓励和表扬。通过勤跟踪与表扬的方法,学生的懒习惯逐渐消失,并有了积极性。

Through the methods of tracking and complimenting students, lazy habits of students gradually disappear, and have the enthusiasm.
