目的探讨不伴有弱视的后天性内斜视患者5岁以后行内斜矫正术,术后3个月VEP(Visual Evoked Potential)的变化。方法不伴有弱视的后天性内斜视34例,正常儿童30例。于术前及术后3个月分别记录双眼及单眼刺激时全视野刺激VEP及不同空间频率(85′、21′)P100的潜伏时和振幅。结果后天性内斜视组术后3个月VEP与术前相比,振幅值增加,二者之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。而潜伏期改变不明显,二者之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后3个月与术前相比,临床检查双眼视功能有所改善。结论尽管在临床视觉发育期后行内斜矫正术,仍会对双眼VEP有明显的影响,而且对改善双眼融合功能有益。
Objective To investigate the changes of VEP after 5 years of age in patients with amblyopia without posterior esotropia and VEP (Visual Evoked Potential) at 3 months after operation. Methods Without amblyopia, 34 cases of acquired esotropia and 30 cases of normal children. The latency and amplitude of total visual field stimulation (VEP) and P100 at different spatial frequencies (85 ’, 21’) were recorded before and 3 months after operation. Results The amplitude of VEP increased 3 months after operation in posterior esotropia group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). However, the change of latency was not obvious, and there was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). 3 months after surgery compared with preoperative, binocular visual function of clinical examination improved. CONCLUSIONS Despite the fact that internal oblique orthodontics is performed after clinical visual development, it still has a significant effect on VEP in both eyes and is beneficial for improving the fusion of both eyes.
