对我院中心药房2011年消耗的糖皮质激素类药的用药金额,用药频度及限定日费用进行统计分析。结果2011年用药频度(DDDs)排序前3位的为醋酸地塞米松磷酸钠针剂、醋酸泼尼松片、地塞米松片。不同规格、剂型的中效糖皮质激素甲泼尼龙销售金额位于前5位。该院糖皮质激素类药物临床使用基本合理,质优价廉的醋酸地塞米松磷酸钠针剂、醋酸泼尼松片、地塞米松片在临床应用中占优势。
Drug consumption of corticosteroids in our hospital pharmacies in 2011, the frequency of medication and the cost of limited day statistical analysis. Results The first three orders of DDDs in 2011 were dexamethasone acetate sodium phosphate injection, prednisone acetate tablets and dexamethasone tablets. Different specifications, dosage form of the effective glucocorticoid methylprednisolone sales in the top 5. The hospital glucocorticoid drugs are basically rational clinical use, quality and cheap dexamethasone acetate sodium phosphate injection, prednisone acetate tablets, dexamethasone tablets dominate in clinical applications.
