2006年8月21～25日,哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心举办了“第三期国际焊接工程师经验交流班”,来自全国各地的国际焊接工程师51人参加了这次交流班。学员主要来自株洲电力机车有限公司、长春客车集团、北京地铁运营有限公司车辆厂、中国南车集团资阳机车有限公司、大同电力机车有限责任公司等轨道车辆行业,还有来自石化、冶金、其它制造行业,以及研究部门和行业协会的工程师们。本次交流班以DIN6700(轨道车辆及车辆部件的焊接)企业新标准及新规程宣传贯彻为主题安排了五个专题报告：
From August 21 to 25, 2006, Harbin Welding Technology Training Center held “the third international welding engineer experience exchange class”, and 51 international welding engineers from all over the country participated in this exchange class. The exchange class arranged five special reports on the publicity and implementation of new standards and new rules of DIN6700 (welding of rail vehicles and vehicle components) as follows:
