各市、县人民政府,省各委、办、厅、局,省各直属单位: 为全面防治水土流失,保护水土资源,建立良好生态环境,促进我省经济和社会的持续发展。根据《中华人民共和国水土保持法》、《中华人民共和国水土保持法实施条例》、《江苏省实施<中华人民共和国水土保持法>办法》的有关规定,现将我省水土流失重点防治区和平原沙土区通知如下:
