根据对财务管理实践教学理解及现状分析,本文指出了财务管理实践教学存在专任教师对实践教学投入不够、案例教学并未发挥其真正的实践意义、综合实验部分项目设计缺乏综合性特点等问题。根据近期财务管理实验教学运行的情况,提出了完善对策,即合理运筹,提高综合性实验教学地位;通过组织、参与实践活动,提高财务管理案例教学质量;加强事前实践教学质量评价手段。
According to the teaching comprehension and status quo analysis of financial management practice, this paper points out that there are some problems in practical teaching of finance management, such as the insufficient input of full-time teachers in practice teaching, the failure of case teaching to exert its true practical significance and the lack of comprehensive characteristics in the comprehensive experimental part of project design. According to the recent operation of financial management experiment teaching, this paper puts forward a perfect countermeasure, that is, to rationally research and improve the status of comprehensive experimental teaching. Through organizing and participating in practical activities, the teaching quality of financial management case is improved.
