通过实验研究了RP-3航空煤油在微小圆管内的流动情况.分别研究了内径为1.0,0.8 mm和0.5 mm的微小圆管中的流动压降和摩擦阻力系数.实验结果表明:摩擦阻力系数(层流损失系数)随雷诺数的增加而减小,而且微小圆管内的摩擦阻力系数比常规尺寸圆管中摩擦阻力系数小;微小圆管中从层流转变成湍流的临界雷诺数也远小于常规尺寸圆管中的临界雷诺数2 300.此外,进、出口压差随雷诺数的增大而增大;相同雷诺数、相同管长的情况下,管内径越大,进、出口压差越小;管内径越小,进、出口压差越大.
The flow of RP-3 aviation kerosene in the tiny circular tube was studied experimentally.The flow pressure drop and frictional resistance coefficient of the micro-circular tube with inner diameter of 1.0, 0.8 mm and 0.5 mm were studied respectively.The experimental results show that the coefficient of frictional resistance (Laminar flow loss coefficient) decreases with the increase of Reynolds number, and the coefficient of frictional resistance in the tiny tube is smaller than the frictional resistance coefficient in the conventional tube.
