在过去的三年中,机辆所利用自己研制装备的制动粘着试验车先后在济南铁路局、上海铁路局及哈尔滨铁路局的线路上进行了制动粘着系数的试验研究,取得了大量的粘着数据。本文介绍了粘着测试设备、测试过程及测试所得结果,并给出了不同轨面状态下制动粘着系数随速度的变化曲线,得到各有关局5%打滑率的制动粘着系数。测试研究表明,当遇到小雨或在轨面人工喷水时,粘着系数将比干燥轨面时降低一半左右;当轨面存在冰霜或雪时,粘着系数将大大降低,而单纯低温对粘着系数却无大的影响。文中还对制动设计中如何选取粘着系数及今后的试验研究工作提出了建议。这一试验研究的成果已于1991年12月24日通过了铁道部科技司组织的鉴定。

The result of this pilot study was appraised by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Railways on December 24, 1991.
