一、工程概况国道312线商州至丹风段公路改建工程刘家河旧桥位于陕西省商州市郊刘家河村,改建工程k3+831。如图1所示,旧桥为单孔钢筋砼拱桥,桥长31.0m,净跨20.0m,桥面宽9.9m。桥台为浆砌石前倾式桥台,桥拱部分由6排钢筋砼拱肋组成支撑于两端钢筋砼拱座上,拱肋间距1.55m。由现浇钢筋砼微弯板及横系梁联系,构成桥拱部结构,双曲微弯板厚0.3m,见图2所示,双曲微弯板上安设钢筋砼支撑垫石支撑桥面板,桥面板上为钢筋砼铺装层。
First, the project profile State Road 312 line from Shangzhou to Danfeng section of highway reconstruction project Liujiahe Old Bridge is located in the suburbs of Shangzhou, Shaanxi Province Liujiahe Village, reconstruction project k3 +831. As shown in Figure 1, the old bridge is a single-hole reinforced concrete arch bridge with a length of 31.0m and a net span of 20.0m with a bridge deck width of 9.9m. The abutment is a quasi-masonry abutment. The arch bridge consists of six rows of reinforced concrete arch ribs supported by reinforced concrete abutments at both ends. The arch rib spacing is 1.55m. It consists of a cast-in-situ reinforced concrete micro-bent plate and a cross-tie beam to form a bridge arch structure with a hyperbolic micro-bent plate thickness of 0.3 m, as shown in Figure 2, with a reinforced concrete support pad support bridge Panel, bridge deck for the reinforced concrete pavement.
