目的为改进和完善注射剂说明书提供建议,以促进注射剂的安全,有效使用。方法对我院西药房注射剂152个品种的说明书进行调查分析。结果注射剂药品说明书中对特殊人群用药的标注信息缺乏;中成药注射剂的总体标注率低下,国产注射剂的药品说明书质量明显低于进口注射剂。结论注射剂药品说明书仍需不断完善,使医师、药师、患者获得更多更详细的药品知识,以利于临床安全、有效地用药。
Objective To improve and perfect the injection manual to provide recommendations to promote the safety and effective use of injection. Methods The instructions of 152 varieties of western pharmacy injection in our hospital were investigated. Results There was a lack of labeling information for special population in the instruction manual of the injection. The overall labeling rate of the proprietary Chinese medicine injection was low, and the quality of the manual of the domestic injection was obviously lower than that of the imported injection. Conclusion Injectables drug instructions still need continuous improvement, so that physicians, pharmacists, patients get more and more detailed knowledge of drugs in order to facilitate clinical safe and effective medication.
