在举国欢庆建国50周年之际,在中央连续发表,三个决定之后,我们中高会举行一届十次常务理事(扩大)会议,学习中共中央、国务院关于加强技术创新发展高科技实现产业化的决定;学习中共中央、国务院、中央军委关于表彰为研制“两弹一星”作出突出贡献的科技专家并授予“两弹一星功勋奖章”的决定;学习中共中央关于国有企业改革与发展若干重大问题的决定,同时,也学习荣获功勋奖章的我国高科技界的23位杰出代表的思想、理念和业绩。
