对从国际网络征集的100份材料,进行了农艺性状的考察,稻瘟病和白叶枯病的鉴定,筛选出了一批农艺性状优良,抗稻瘟病、白叶枯病和双抗性较好的资源,为分子育种亲本材料的有效利用和后代的筛选提供参考。同时对用籼型优质软米品种“云恢290”为受体材料,以从国际网络征集的100份材料为供体材料,进行了大规模的杂交,2~3次回交,2~3次自交,所构建的约2510份近等基因导入系,进行了抗稻瘟病、抗旱、耐寒和蒸煮食味品质方面的筛选鉴定,获得了一批有目标性状的近等基因导入系,为新基因的发掘、新品种的选育提供了重要的基础材料。并选育了2个新品种,其中有1个已通过品种审定。
