CFG桩复合地基作为地基处理的一种常用方式具有诸多优势而被广泛应用,但在软基加固中受到软土地层特性对施工工艺要求高的影响而谨慎采用。结合武汉市某CFG桩软基处理的工程实例,深入分析了出现桩身完整性缺陷问题的原因及其解决方法。研究认为,软土地区CFG桩施工过程应结合地质条件变化因地制宜的优化施工工艺,土方开挖方案应精细化防止桩端被剪切破坏。研究成果对软土地基CFG桩的应用具有借鉴意义。
As a commonly used method of foundation treatment, CFG pile composite foundation has many advantages and is widely used. However, it is cautious to adopt CFG pile composite foundation because of its high requirements on construction technology. Combined with the engineering example of a CFG pile soft foundation treatment in Wuhan, the reason of the defect of integrality of pile body and its solution are deeply analyzed. The study shows that the construction process of CFG piles in soft soil areas should be based on the optimization of construction technology in accordance with the changes of geological conditions in accordance with local conditions, and the earthwork excavation scheme should be refined to prevent the pile ends from being sheared and damaged. The research results have reference significance for the application of CFG pile in soft soil foundation.
